What is the most natural Aloe Vera product to buy?

I have a gash that I’m trying to heal, and I’ve heard that Aloe Vera is the best product to keep my skin from showing a scar + heal faster. I’m curious how to use it too…do I keep aloe vera on the gash at all times, or do I want to let some air into the gash at night?

1. I use “Fruit of the Earth Aloe Gel”. It is pure aloe and can be found in a drugstore and health stores. I use it for everything and it heals wonderfully. Crazy, but it is even great in your hair for a good hold without drying you out.

2. First of all, never apply any ‘over the counter’ product into a open gash, this will interfere with the healing process. Aloe Vera is good for skin healing, but only to an certain extent. It is best to wait for the gash to heal (no picking at the scar!) and apply tissue oil after to speed up the internal healing and minimalise the scar tissue. I have done with after an operation and you can hardly see any of the scar (only when it is cold you can see a bit of pink) and it healed tremendously fast. Go to your local pharmacy and ask for tissue oil (every country has different brands, so consult your pharmacist).
